In March, the Missouri Poison Center celebrated National Poison Prevention Week by hosting its 29th annual poster contest for students in kindergarten through 4th grade in the St. Louis area. These winners were celebrated with a an awards ceremony held at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and a pizza or ice cream party for their class. The Grand prize winner was awarded a family membership to the Magic House St. Louis Children’s Museum. Their artwork helps to educate others about important poison safety messages.
